Nike BOX Barcelona is the perfect hotspot in town where culture and sport are mixed together.

For a set of new activities for the season fall-winter an interactive application was required: HEARTBEAT EXPERIENCE challenges you with some exercises and measures your pulse in between, after which it uses the results to find your sports twin-soul.

B·World developed the digital structure, based on a web application and a database. Was also in charge of the visual content.

Preforma provided the physical framework, designing and assembling the furniture and touch screen.

And Alex Piñeiro fixed the interaction, using a pulse sensor driven by a Python program inside RaspberryPi, processing the taken data, and uploading results to the database vía HTTP posting.
